Our double purified petrol, also known as petroleum ether, is a fraction of crude oil with a boiling point between 60°C and 95°C. It is a clear liquid that is mainly used as a solvent for grease, oil and wax, as well as cleaning metal surfaces. Can be used instead of One-Dip with the same result.
Petroleum ether can also be used to clean tools and machine parts. It removes oil and dirt effectively.
Ventilation: Use petroleum ether in a well-ventilated area as it emits vapours that can be harmful to breathe.
Fire hazard: Kerosene ether is flammable, so avoid open flames or sparks nearby.
Always remember to read the label and follow the safety instructions when using petroleum ether.
